Lorien and Mirion Artemisia

Lorien is a scientist with druidic abilities, and Mirion helps people as a medic and watches over the line between life and death.
Lorien, as a child, was cursed by the influence of dark powers and a sorcerer who had a great ambition to control all evil and create new ones.
Mirion grew up in the shadow of his high-ranking father and surrounded by the sincerest love of his mother, who was an explorer.
Lorien and Mirion met when they were still kids, when Lorien was one of the few surviving kidnapped Jelenin children. Mirion's father forced him to use his previously hidden ability to calm the mind on Lorien, who was behaving like a furious animal due to the dark influences. Young Owlin was afraid of the younger boy, but he also felt very sorry for him and whenever possible, he would sneak into his cell and read his favorite fairy tales to Lorien, which later turned out to have a very positive effect on the boy's corrupted mind.
The boys grew up together under the care of Mirion's mother and were absolutely inseparable.
Growing up, they made their own home, on the outskirts of the city, among the trees and near a small temple that Mirion helped with. Lorien devoted himself to the study of nature and magic, working on experiments that were disapproved of by the Soiltrace Archive, but ultimately proved to be very necessary. Lorien never fully got rid of his curse. There were times when his rational thinking was clouded by dark clouds, and then his experiments took on a darker nature. He was working on finding a connection with the beasts, how to make the monsters listen to him. Mirion was always watching from the sidelines, knowing when to intervene to stop the dark spiral his loved one was falling into. He was here for him, always.
Almost always.
Because when Mirion himself was cursed with a sleep as long as death, a sleep that slowly took away his life, a sleep that turned his soul and body into darkness, there was no one left to stop Lorien's madness. There was no one left to help him.

Alistair Artemisia

Alistair is a Wood Elf in the midst of his Druidic studies. He has taken the name of his teacher, who also serves as his guardian. He is haunted by a longing for his beloved, whose name and face he cannot remember, for the taste of sweet honey and berries, for gentle hands combing his hair every morning. Every day is a longing for him, for a past he does not remember.
He's my character for the upcoming DnD campaign in Eberron.

Tristan

Tristan is full of energy and creative ideas. He is not the most sensible person, nor the most composed or balanced. Being a Jester is natural to them, he has never seen himself as anything more than a clownish, circus freak. They have an unbridled tendency to sacrifice himself for the sake of the people he loves. He believes that love is worth any price, as much as the truth and dispensing justice to those who deserve it.
Maple and Clover appeared at the Circus thanks to Tristan. Like himself, they were abandoned orphans who, dirty, hungry and terrified, looked from hiding at the colorful lights and tents. Tristan took the twins under his care without hesitation, for the first time going against the headmaster's words and strongly urging him to let the children join the Circus.
Tristan has always defended Maple and Clover, taking any punishment thrown at them - whether they obey or not. The twins not only made his life happy, filled with laughter, warmth and colors, but also opened his eyes to the bad things that happened among the circus members, the bad things that were done to him over the years

Cassian Arvensis

Cassian comes across as cold, aloof, poised and precise with a devious outlook. It is a persona he plays with the hope that people will not be interested in him. Deep inside, he has a weakness for art and their collection of bizarre buttons and animal teeth, and he has a gentle side that is skittish to compliments.
Cassian is a Hexblood Bard, my character for the Strixheaven campaign.

Elian Denahi Grislwold

Tiefling Arcane Trickster Rogue in an ongoing Eberron DnD campaign.
He grew up in poverty, and as a still child was framed for the murder of his older brother, which forced him to run away, abandon his mother with his younger brother, and begin the life of a vagabond. He was recruited by a group of rogues, his strong survival instincts became the beginning of his career as a thief, an assassin, and his increasing descent into destructive chaos.
The party changed him. Love changed him. The discovery that his never-present father had sold his and his brothers' souls to the Archdemon of Nightmares changed him. Not only did he finally learn to write and read properly, but most importantly he began to cherish the people he cared about, take care of himself, and stopped hating the world so much. After years of not caring about his own life, he is now looking forward to spending eternity with his husband.

Tilia

A young Satyr who claimed a house with a garden and three hens, after killing the old hag who had previously inhabited it. Just like in the old fairy tale of Baba Yaga, he outsmarted the hag, and thanks to sweet lies he started a new life in a village near the moor. During the day he is a trusted herbalist who is really the only source of medicine and golden advice for the people of the village, while in the evenings he can often be found playing the lute in the tavern. He fell in love, which greatly helped him forget the crackle of the fire of the burning brothel in which he was born. But he was also betrayed, which once again reignited the fire in his vengeful nature.

Verlandi Vellamorte de Vos

Verlandi remembers his childhood very well. Although they lived more in hiding, he never lacked anything, especially parental love. He was spoiled by his vampire father and human mother. which always aroused jealousy in his half-brother Rathain. His relationship with his half-brother, was complicated; they studied together under Ver's father eye, helped with household chores together, but otherwise rarely spent their free time together.
While it seemed that his family lived on the edge of the world, in a place that could not be found, this proved to be insufficient. As Verlandi fled with his mother, desperately seeking a new place where they could be invisible, his father was left alone, to certain death, to distract the vampires, while Rathain disappeared without a trace.
The church captured Verlandi and his mother. Verlandi, bound by iron chains, watched his mother perish in the flames, her uncontrollable screams ringing in his ears and forever etched in his memory. Verlandi himself was supposed to burn in the light of the sunrise... which never happened.

Lucien

Lucien is a half elf and was raised by his elven mother, who is a very religious woman. Daily prayers, regular attendance at catehisms, religious symbols in every corner of his home and ironically it was the Catholic boarding school that became his salvation. There he met Isaac, a boy his age who was also deeply religious, but unlike Lucien's mother, this boy never pointed fingers at Lucien for not paying attention to his prayers, nor did he lecture him when Lucien took every moment to escape from the church pews. Issac didn't force any humility on Lucien, and he could finally breathe a sigh of relief.
Exorcisms and fighting demons were the only things Lucien focused on. The evil that these hellish creatures carried with them was real, tangible, it happened before his eyes.
The demons also killed Isaac, to whom Lucien never confessed his feelings.
Lucien continued his service in the church, his fight against demons, while always keeping a full flask and a cigarette case in the pocket of his chasuble.
